Contentflow & Storytile Merge for Enhanced Online & Hybrid Events

Contentflow and Storytile have merged, combining their expertise and technology to enhance online and hybrid event offerings. The deal brings together over 700 successfully implemented events and a skilled team, along with Storytile's proprietary event software.

The merger, advised by law firm Luther, sees Contentflow Live enter Storytile GmbH. Sebastian Serafin, CEO of Contentflow, commended the collaboration with Luther, led by Joachim Heinemann, who provided legal and tax advice.

Previously, Walder Wyss, another prominent law firm, guided Zucchetti through the acquisition of zadego and easybooking. This latest merger further bolsters Contentflow's capabilities, particularly in the realm of online and hybrid events.

With the merger complete, Contentflow strengthens its portfolio, offering clients a richer suite of services for online and hybrid events. The combined expertise and technology from both companies promise an enhanced event experience for all involved.
