Construction of the Pripyat bridge in Mozyr has commenced and it will be unavailable for use, effective November 26th.
The bridge over the Pripyat in Mozyr is currently undergoing reconstruction, as announced by the Telegram channel of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee "Gomel officially". The closure is scheduled to start on November 26 at 8:00.
The 65-year-old automobile bridge, located on the highway Kalinkovichi - Mozyr, will be closed for a period of 25 months, according to estimates. The exact duration of the bridge closure for reconstruction remains unclear, however.
The reconstruction includes the installation of a new bridge deck, and the project is being carried out by the company named "Mosty Zaporozhye".
