Construction of new obstacles and detours in Bayreuth

Again, it's worth emphasising that traffic heading out of Bayreuth on Friedrichstraße, as well as traffic to and from Ludwigstraße, will not be affected by this closure.
It's essential to note that there are other road restrictions and closures in Bayreuth related to the Bayreuther Festspiele event, particularly around July 25-26, 2025. For instance, the driveway to the hill leading to the Festspielhaus will be closed to all vehicles on July 25, 2025. From July 26, 2025, until 4 p.m. on event days, taxis and specific mobility services will be allowed access only via Siegfried-Wagner-Allee. Extensive stopping restrictions are also in effect on Gravenreutherstraße, Tristanstraße, Tannhäuserstraße, and An der Bürgerreuth from July 16, 2025, for the entire festival period, with towing enforced for unauthorized parking.
