Coforge, a leading global IT solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Manish Hemrajani as the Head of Investor Relations. This strategic move is aimed at building long-term investor trust and strengthening shareholder engagement.

In his new role, Hemrajani will oversee earnings disclosures, investor presentations, and regulatory compliance. His responsibilities also include enhancing strategic planning, reinforcing governance standards, and shaping market perception to reinforce Coforge's long-term value creation narrative.

Hemrajani brings over two decades of experience in capital markets, investor relations, equity research, and financial communications to his new position. He has worked with various brands across diverse sectors, including travel, technology, and financial services. Some of these brands include Yatra Online, Inc., Oppenheimer & Co., Deloitte Consulting, Fujitsu Consulting, and CIBC World Markets.

Hemrajani's deep expertise in capital markets and investor communications is expected to bring transparency and reinforce Coforge's commitment to accurate and effective dissemination of financial information.

Sudhir Singh, CEO of Coforge, commented on Hemrajani's appointment, stating, "Manish's extensive experience in investor relations and capital markets will be a significant asset to Coforge as we continue to grow and create value for our shareholders."

Hemrajani holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) certification. He will be based in the New York and Princeton offices of Coforge.

Meanwhile, Q1 results are live for several companies, including L&T, NTPC, Asian Paints, VBL, Star Health, GMR Airports, Blue Dart, and V-Guard. The market is also seeing significant movements, with Mazagon Dock falling post Q1 results, while Mangalore Chemicals has hit a 52-week high.

In a separate development, Omaxe has raised ₹500 crore from Oaktree to boost real estate projects across India.
