From June 7 to June 11, passing by the city hall on 8 Marta won't be an option on four wheels.

Now, let's dive into some extras:

Despite media buzz about potential restrictions in these areas, no official documents mention specific bans or special events affecting electric scooter usage from June 7 to June 8, 2025[2][3]. However, it's always a good idea to stay in the loop with local traffic rules and municipal announcements specific to the mentioned streets and dates, as restrictions might occasionally change.

With the Motofestival "Dvizhenie" set to begin, expect electric-vehicle enthusiasts to gather on select streets like Chelyuskintsev, Krasnyi Pereulok, Nikolai Nikonov, Tsarskaya, Tolmacheva, Prospekt Lenina, Pushkin, Malyshev, Vainier, and Boris Yeltsin.

However, the announcement of temporary road closures leaves uncertainty regarding electric scooter usage on these streets during the festival, which runs from June 7 to June 11.

Meanwhile, car enthusiasts can also look forward to the motor festival, with music headliners N Time, Drummatix, "Culture Room," and "Sharpening" set to perform. Be sure to keep an eye on traffic updates as passing by the city hall on 8 Marta will also be restricted for four wheels during the festival's duration.
