Celebration of a Quarter-Century for MEBATEC: Rödermärker family enterprise marks milestone anniversary
In the heart of Ober-Roden, the 25th anniversary of MEBATEC Blechtechnik GmbH was celebrated with an open day on the company premises. The event offered visitors a glimpse into the world of sheet metal parts manufacturing, where they could witness demonstrations of stamping, lasering, welding, and assembly of sub-assemblies.
The founder of MEBATEC, Alexander Beck, started the company in 2000 in Rödermark with a small stamping machine and no business plan. Over the years, the company has grown and evolved, now boasting modern laser technology, a highly productive welding robot, and manual precision in its three workshops on Max-Planck-Straße.
IHK Managing Director Markus Weinbrenner attended the celebration, congratulating MEBATEC on its achievements. He praised the company's family-oriented structure and robust positioning, commending the great team that combines expertise and foresight.
Mayor Jörg Rotter, also in attendance, summarized MEBATEC's development as a strong example of the trio: roll up your sleeves, get involved, assert yourself in competition. He expressed his pleasure at seeing an owner-managed family business in Rödermark thriving positively.
For the city, MEBATEC is a significant gain, employing 15 people from local districts and focusing on dialogue and networking. The mayor appealed for more optimism in the country, urging everyone to embrace the spirit of resilience and progress embodied by MEBATEC.
As the day drew to a close, guests from business, politics, and the local community left the premises with a renewed appreciation for the company's journey and a sense of hope for the future. To stay updated with news from the city and district of Offenbach, subscribe to a free newsletter.
