The PropTech 50, an annual ranking that highlights innovative companies transforming the real estate, construction, built environment, and building management sectors, has opened its voting process for 2025.
This year's judging panel includes a diverse group of experts from the property sector, startups, scaleups, and established technology firms. Notable members include Cato Morgan, Director of Software M&A at Alvarez & Marsal, Maria Wiedner, CEO of Real Estate Women, Will Lewis, CEO of OBI Property, and Jonathan Symcox, Editor of BusinessCloud.
A total of 114 companies have been shortlisted for potential inclusion in the PropTech 50. The voting page provides the names, locations, and brief descriptions of these companies, giving voters a glimpse into the innovative solutions they offer.
The voting process combines the judgement of the expert panel and reader votes. Readers are encouraged to cast their votes to celebrate the innovative startups, scaleups, and established technology firms that are shaping the future of the property sector.
Voting begins today and will run for seven days, ending at 23:59 on Sunday 14th September. The final PropTech 50 ranking, determined by a combination of judging panel selections and reader votes, will be published on Monday 29th September.
