Cardholders with Chase Sapphire Reserve receive benefits for the Paris Olympics
Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders attending the upcoming Olympic Games in Paris can look forward to a host of exclusive perks. The financial institution has announced its lineup of privileges for cardholders attending the Paris Games, which includes access to private lounges and exclusive dining events.
Through a partnership between Visa and the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Sapphire Reserve cardholders will be granted access to a variety of upscale Privileges at the Paris Games.
One such advantage is lounge access at the Visa Lounge for Chase Sapphire Reserve. Located on the Seine, this space promises "encounters with Olympic legends," custom dining experiences, and more. Cardholders can enjoy "traditional French summery fare" and a complimentary drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Additional beverages will be available at a cash bar.
From July 27 to August 11, the lounge will be open to Sapphire Reserve cardmembers and one guest. It will operate from 11 a.m. until midnight, with a one-hour closure between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. each day. To enter, cardholders simply need to present their card, and reservations are not required.
In addition to lounge access, cardholders can book exclusive dinner reservations at Girafe Paris, a restaurant offering views of the Eiffel Tower. The experience includes an a la carte menu featuring collaborative dishes from chefs Ignacio Mattos and Charles Ducrocq.

It is suggested that diners investigate reviews of the restaurant to manage their expectations. While the views of the Eiffel Tower are a highlight, there are numerous complaints about the service and food quality.
