One Rock Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm, has announced the successful completion of its latest fundraising efforts, raising a total of $3.97 billion for its flagship fund, One Rock Capital Partners IV, L.P., and its inaugural lower middle market fund, One Rock Emerald Fund, L.P. This marks the firm's largest fundraise to date, surpassing the $2.01 billion raised in 2021.

The firm, which was founded by Tony W. Lee and R. Scott Spielvogel in 2010, has attracted strong support from its long-standing investors and a diverse group of new institutional partners from around the world. The One Rock Emerald Fund, L.P., on the other hand, aims to invest between $50 million to $150 million in 8 to 12 companies with EBITDA up to $40 million. It targets similar sectors but with a focus on smaller companies.
