The maximum loan amount for the product is 50 million tenge per borrower, and housing can be purchased on both the primary and secondary markets. Priority is given to workers with a long service record and those who already have deposits.
The term for the "Corporate" product is up to 8 years, and the employer provides funding for it, with an interest rate as low as 0.01%. This year, Otbasy Bank also launched the "Nauryz Zhumysker" program to address housing issues in several sectors, further demonstrating their commitment to helping employees secure homes.
