Appointment Announced for Global Chief People Officer and Financial Officer at Ogilvy

Ogilvy, a network under WPP, has announced two new global appointments. Stacey Ryan-Cornelius will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), replacing Brian Fetherstonhaugh who is stepping down and retiring.

Jag Dhanji, meanwhile, has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Ogilvy. Fetherstonhaugh's replacement in the people officer role will see Dhanji reporting to Ogilvy's CEO Andy Main and WPP's chief people officer Jacqui Canney.

Stacey Ryan-Cornelius brings a wealth of experience to her new role at Ogilvy. Prior to joining the company, she held various Human Resources (HR) roles at companies such as Costa Coffee, Vodafone, and Diageo. She has spent several years honing her skills in HR, and has been working for Ogilvy for three years.

Dhanji, on the other hand, has a background in human resources management and has worked for multiple companies before joining Ogilvy. She was appointed to a leadership position within Ogilvy's EMEA region and has been working for the company for three years.

Stacey Ryan-Cornelius joined Ogilvy three years ago from fellow WPP agency Geometry. In her time at Ogilvy, she has been appointed as the chief talent officer for Ogilvy's EMEA region.

Brian Fetherstonhaugh, the Global Chairman of Ogilvy and a senior leadership figure within WPP, will be working with WPP in an advisory role after retiring. Fetherstonhaugh has been a key figure at Ogilvy for many years, and his retirement marks the end of an era for the company.

With these new appointments, Ogilvy is poised to continue its success in the advertising industry. Both Stacey Ryan-Cornelius and Jag Dhanji bring valuable experience and skills to their roles, and are sure to make significant contributions to the company's future.
