Accolade and Conseq Acquire Customized Warehouse Facility from 7R for Leading Aluminium Systems Manufacturer
In a significant move, European industrial real estate investment group Accolade, along with Conseq, has acquired the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I facility, a state-of-the-art warehouse located near Bielsko-Biała, Poland. The facility, spanning over 20,000 sqm, has been tailored to meet the specific needs of Aluprof, a leading Polish manufacturer of aluminium systems.
The acquisition reinforces Accolade’s industrial portfolio with a high-quality, tenant-tailored warehouse facility supporting a leading European aluminium systems manufacturer. Aluprof operates across more than 50 global markets and is one of Europe's leading suppliers of aluminium systems for windows, doors, facades, roller shutters, and sunshades.
The building was customized to Aluprof’s functional and technological requirements to optimize operational efficiency, safety, and provide a modern working environment. It supports core production and logistical activities essential to the tenant’s business. The facility is fully leased to Aluprof.
The acquisition deal was advised by the global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright. The legal team based in Warsaw was led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz, with counsel Jan Wszołek, senior associate Jakub Kowalczyk, associate Magdalena Olechniewicz-Blocher, along with associates Karol Truszkowski and Wojciech Jaskulak. Senior associate Katarzyna Berestecka and associate Damian Pawlak advised on clearance aspects of the transaction.
