Accolade Acquires Sustainable Warehouse Facility for Aluprof
In a strategic move to expand its portfolio of sustainable industrial infrastructure, Accolade, a European investment group, has acquired the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I facility from real estate developer 7R. The warehouse, located near Bielsko-Biała, Poland, is now fully leased to Aluprof, a leading manufacturer of aluminium systems.
Covering over 20,000 square meters, the facility was specifically tailored to meet Aluprof's operational needs, providing space for warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics functions. The building was developed with functional and technological specifications to ensure efficiency, safety, and a modern working environment. The facility holds a BREEAM Very Good environmental certification, underscoring its sustainability credentials.
The acquisition was advised by two law firms. Norton Rose Fulbright, a global law firm, advised Accolade and Conseq, with the Warsaw-based team led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz. On the other hand, the seller, 7R, was advised by the Polish law firm SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska.
