Advertising veteran Nick Law has moved to Accenture Interactive, while Sarah Thompson, his successor at Droga5, takes over the leadership role.

Accenture Interactive, a leading global professional services company, has made two significant appointments to its creative and marketing division, formerly known as Accenture Song.

Nick Law, a renowned creative leader, has joined the company as the creative strategy and experience lead for Accenture Song. Nick previously held the position of global chief creative officer at R/GA, where he spent over 17 years, and was also the vice-chair of the company. After a brief stint at Apple, Nick left the tech giant in the recent past and has now joined Accenture Interactive. He will be responsible for leading the service and experience design capabilities.

In addition to Nick Law, Sarah Thompson, formerly the chief executive of Droga5, has also joined Accenture Interactive. Sarah has taken on the role of global lead for communications and content. She left her position at Droga5 to join Accenture Interactive and will bring her extensive experience in the advertising industry to the company.

These appointments come as Accenture is reorganizing its creative and marketing operations. Accenture Song, a standalone creative and marketing-led division valued at $14 billion, is being absorbed into a broader new structure called "Reinvention Services" effective September 1, 2025. This reorganization aims to integrate capabilities across strategy, consulting, technology, operations, and digital marketing to provide clients holistic transformations, especially emphasizing AI and technology-enabled change.

Nick Law is also a member of Accenture's Global Management Committee (GMC). In his new role, he will work closely with other members of the GMC to drive innovation and growth for Accenture Interactive.

With these key hires, Accenture Interactive is positioning itself for continued success in the competitive creative and marketing industry. Both Nick Law and Sarah Thompson bring a wealth of experience and expertise that will undoubtedly contribute to the company's ongoing success.
