In a significant move, the world's largest human resources solutions provider, our SA, has appointed Jean-Manuel Bullukian as President of Ajilon Worldwide, effective from 1st January 2005. This multinational company, registered in Switzerland, boasts a network connecting 700,000 associates with business clients each day through more than 6,000 offices in 72 territories worldwide.
Jean-Manuel Bullukian brings a wealth of experience to his new role. With a career spanning over two decades, he has extensive experience in complex transformation projects for global clients in sectors such as Defense, Manufacturing, Automotive, Life Science, and High Tech. Before joining Ajilon Worldwide, Bullukian spent 15 years at Capgemini, most recently as the global leader of Transformation Consulting.
Bullukian began his career in 1989 as a strategic consultant with the MAC Group and joined Gemini Consulting in 1991. His leadership roles in staffing and human resources firms, including his tenure as President of Ajilon Worldwide, have seen him hone his skills in business development, client relationship management, and strategic growth.
Bullukian's background reflects deep knowledge of global staffing markets, which has undoubtedly contributed to his ability to lead Ajilon Worldwide effectively. He holds an MBA from ESSEC and has lived in various European countries, giving him a global perspective.
